In particular, Luke Johnson (the estate agent who initially showed us around) and Kim Williamson (the sales Progressor) were outstanding. Luke was incredibly helpful, friendly and always on hand to ensure things went through smoothly (even calling me whilst on his annual leave to make sure that exchange went through ok). Kim went above and beyond on multiple occasions to chase slow-responding management companies and solicitors, and was a reassuring, proactive voice in a drawn-out case.
