We decided to drop into the Johns&Co office as we were walking by and we are so glad we did! We met Shareen, shared a not-so-well-thought out idea of what we were looking for and she took that information and showed us multiple options. Ended up finding a flat that we loved and that’s when her above & beyond service really showed up! She served us across continents and various time zones, working tirelessly to meet our expat needs. So responsive and such a great problem solver…thank you Shareen, you’re the best!

Her impeccable work ethic and great communication elevate the home-buying experience. What truly makes Jemma special though is her caring and empathetic approach to finding you your home; she does whatever's necessary to make the transfer of sale as smooth as possible. Real estate in the UK can be such a pain but thanks to Jemma, our experience was well-captained. Thanks to her, we're happy in our first home now, just in time for Christmas - a dream come true. I recently reported an issue with the heating in my home, and Bryony called me shortly after to arrange for an engineer to fix it. Their response was incredibly quick, with the nearest available time scheduled right away. This was such a relief, especially as the weather is getting colder. I’m deeply grateful to Bryony and the engineer for their prompt action, as well as their warm and friendly service.
