We had some repairs to be done but he promptly took full ownership of those issues and was very responsive in addressing and resolving them. He also followed up diligently with the contractors and us to ensure timely completion of works.Additionally, Ade helped discuss few critical matters with the landlord, demonstrating the trust landlords place in him. His efforts made the entire process very smooth.

Spyros is my house manager. After moving into this my new flat, I did encounter some unexpected problems. Some of these issues have caused me considerable confusion, and I once thought that these issues may not be fully resolved. Fortunately, Spyros began to be responsible for the maintenance services of my flat, and his excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility helped me successfully solve all the problems I encountered. In addition, he also frequently communicates with clients and asks if there are any issues that need help recently, which makes me feel very reassured! Overall, it is highly recommended that Spyros, as an excellent staff member, can also become your house manager!

Overall, had a pleasant experience finding a flat with Johns & Co. Victoria and Marwa made the process very seamless and quick, moving us in within 10 day of viewing the property (which Victoria went out of her way to show up on the weekend). The only deduction made is for the maintenance team as there have been promises of a certain fixes being made prior to us moving in, and these still haven’t been resolved 10 days after. Positive experience overall!

I moved in to my new apartment recently and thanks to the great team from Johns&Co. Bethel Gamma is super nice and polite and help me with all the issues I have when moving in. He responded really promptly and ensure everything works for me. Destini-Rikki also assisted throughout the process, I always got a response back within a few hours, and helped connect me with the right people to solve out the problem promptly. Liam Alwar- the property manager also helped me a lot throughout the process. There's an old mattress when I moved in, and he helped me communicate with the landlord and agreed on changing a new one for me. I so far am happy to engage Johns&Co in handling my property from procuring and letting it out with minimum void time. The rent secured is reasonably good and the staff are friendly and efficient. Landlord's interest is given a thought such as the provision of the Client Money Protection Certificate which I was not aware at all previously. Staff/Client interaction is speedy with result. Amongst them Bethel Gamma is touching base with me more often and I do feel good with the assistance rendered so far.
