I received an extremely supportive and professional service from the entire team at Johns and Co. Wapping branch but especially Dylan and Candice. From the very beginning Dylan was extremely professional, punctual to our initial viewing, very polite, considerate and building a strong rapport. The team consistently tried their utmost throughout the whole letting process to ensure both the landlord and I as the tenant, achieved the best outcome for both parties.

GoogleMy WORST agent experience in the UK. Expect below from Johns&Co. - They secure the place quickly and just as you move in, you discover many untold issues of the house. - Get harassed by phone calls from different agents after mentioning several times no calls during working hours. - Finally when you move out, they find all the wear&tears to deduce your deposit, including reasons to hold your deposit after you move out for several months.

I have recently switched to JOHNS&CO for lettings and management of my property in the UK. I learned about this company through Ms. Edith Kwok, Managing Partner of JOHNS&CO. Edith was a very helpful and experienced person in the field. She offered me great assistance and advice in purchasing the new flat and subsequent setup process for rental. Soon after I handed over my property to JOHNS&CO, the letting team worked very hard to find appropriate tenants for me. Ms. Saffron Scanlon is a effective Lettings Negotiator. She knew the market trends and understood my expectations well. In a few weeks, she successfully found appropriate tenants we wanted. Meanwhile, Ms. Candice Chan, Lettings Administrators, started the paper work, credential checking, and all necessary background work quickly. She took the time to explain the letting procedure and paper work needed. I am happy that my property is managed by reliable and professional staff in JOHNS&CO.

YellA Team Dental Surgical Support
I attended the practise to undergo complected surgery as a result of a broken tooth under the gum line that required cutting the gum and negotiating extraction of a twisted root which was half submerged under a good tooth. Surgeon Mairaj explained the entire process and possible complication, demonstrating her high level of customer service and professional technical expertise. She avoided me having to wait 6 weeks for a hospital visit by her determination and reassuring manner. Her colleague Maher was also outstanding and made a difficult situation calm. This is what a professional A team looks like. Anne on reception was really welcoming and helpful as well.

He had a host of options which broadened our horizons but at the same time didn’t waste time. It was very efficient!Making an offerElliot was very honest about the scope of movement regarding the price of the house we eventually purchased. He was very clear and prompt when communicating our thoughts to the seller and vice versa. In the end we are really happy with the price!Exchange and completion This is really where Elliot exceeded all expectations. He was continuously in contact with us whether it was regarding updates from the seller side or voicing our concerns to the solicitor. It made this whole process a lot more manageable. Overall Elliot is a great representative for Johns and Co. We already new about Johns and Co via our family also purchasing through the company, but Elliot exceeded all expectations and we are really happy.
