Excellent service - all queries answered and excellent systems for documents etc.Only one suggestion for even better: offer tax advice - this area can be daunting for newbies. GoogleI am overall satisfied with the service John & Co provided. The letting team were quick to secure multiple offers, their staff always respond very fast to any inquires which has helped a lot as an oversea landlord. Special thanks to my property manager Tawnie, who always provide useful solution in a timely manner. I felt I can always rely on Tawnie when there's problem. Personally I found John & Co charge higher than other agency, but I think it was worth it. But I would really like to suggest they put the tenancy insurance as an optional, instead of compulsory choice.

GoogleAs with all new buildings, there are issues that pop up once you start living in them. My experience with Johns & Co has been good in general (4*), but excellent with Cynfelyn Wakefield in specific (5*). She fights hard for her people and genuinely appears to care about the happiness of those she is helping. It has a been a pleasure to work with her.
