GoogleThis is the worst real estate rental company I've ever seen. They don't actively repair broken equipment and just keep delaying repairs.
Savana, a Taiwanese real estate agent, was extremely rude and even violated the contract, causing us to postpone our move-in. This was because the company hadn't properly prepared the documents and had altered the contract without authorization. The entire rental process was very unfriendly to foreigners. This is a terrible company; never rent through me. I'd rather rent from Spare Room.
