As a first time landlord, I reached out to Johns&Co to go through the process of renting my apartment. They made it easier and reassuring going through each step and I find them very supportive and responsive.All of the Johns&Co team members who I have been involved with and who I am still dealing with so far, and for the duration of the tenancy are very professional and efficient with special mentions for the likes of Amy Wood, Helena Penn and Isabel Sunde from the Letting team. I would highly recommend Johns&Co services.

GoogleI have to say, hands down the worst experience I've had with an estate agent. The fact they use Keysafe should have been a red flag. Dreadful service; after putting an offer in for a property, the lettings negotiator said "leave it with me", nearly 3 weeks later I've not heard a peep. Save yourself the hassle, do not let with John&Co.
