I had great experience right from the start with the viewing and all the formalities for the offer to be made. Amber Wong help us through this process and it was seamless and stress free. Post the offer being accepted, Marwa Fakih help us set up the tenancy and all our questions were promptly answered and all the information was provided without any ambiguity. My move to my new property has been stress free, thanks to both.

GoogleI can only give 5 stars for the service of Johns & Co. Gytis Serikovas is a great communicator who has the tenants interests in mind in order to make the whole process smooth, easy and efficient. Also Helena Penn was really helpful, supporting us when it came to questions about the tenancy agreement. My partner and I would choose to work with Johns & Co again, no doubt.

GoogleJohns&Co Rents Team (Helen and Gytis) were fantastic: This year I asked Johns&Co team for their services of finding and securing good tenants for my flat in Wapping. I dealt with Helena Penn and Gytis Serikovas, from the Wapping Rents Office. They were prompt and efficient in finding candidates, as well as helping me to deal with the process. Johns&Co remote process is quite handy in that all documentation is online. All in all, an excellent renting experience that I would definitely recommend as a landlord.

Although, I was abroad at that period, all the operations were very smooth. He took all my stress about the new flat by being very friendly and also professional.
