Vanessa, the estate agent who showed us round was extremely welcoming and informative which made us feel comforted and secure with our decision straight away! As a landlord we have been using Johns & co for about 3 years. They go that extra mile to help. Even though we did not opt for their management but still they guide us. Specially Ryan McCabe, the manager is very thoughtful and flexible. They worked very hard to find us suitable tenants. Gytis, Guerschom and Candice were very helpful and instrumental in sorting out the tenancy. I am sure behind the scene other staff also contributed. We are hoping to work with them for many more years.Keep up the good work

We decided to drop into the Johns&Co office as we were walking by and we are so glad we did! We met Shareen, shared a not-so-well-thought out idea of what we were looking for and she took that information and showed us multiple options. Ended up finding a flat that we loved and that’s when her above & beyond service really showed up! She served us across continents and various time zones, working tirelessly to meet our expat needs. What truly makes Jemma special though is her caring and empathetic approach to finding you your home; she does whatever's necessary to make the transfer of sale as smooth as possible. Real estate in the UK can be such a pain but thanks to Jemma, our experience was well-captained. Thanks to her, we're happy in our first home now, just in time for Christmas - a dream come true. I recently reported an issue with the heating in my home, and Bryony called me shortly after to arrange for an engineer to fix it. Their response was incredibly quick, with the nearest available time scheduled right away. This was such a relief, especially as the weather is getting colder. I’m deeply grateful to Bryony and the engineer for their prompt action, as well as their warm and friendly service.
