GoogleI am a resident of Charrington Tower and have been experiencing no hot shower issue for 4 MONTHS now. This is totally unacceptable and disappointing, the plumber came a few times and still couldn’t figure out what the issue is. Lately there is lack of updates (slow replies on emails and most of time not answering the phone) so I am leaving this comment here and hope somebody from John&Co can help us.
