GoogleMy property Manager Krystal Boyde-Maynard is a super responsible person. She actively replied my email to help me with any problem about utility billing during the tenancy. After the tenancy ended, she helped me with the process of reclaiming deposit. Thanks to her hard work, the whole process took less than two weeks. I've never met such a very responsible and efficient property manager in the UK before.

I had great experience right from the start with the viewing and all the formalities for the offer to be made. Amber Wong help us through this process and it was seamless and stress free. Post the offer being accepted, Marwa Fakih help us set up the tenancy and all our questions were promptly answered and all the information was provided without any ambiguity. My move to my new property has been stress free, thanks to both.

GoogleRecently sold my property via Johns and Co. (Joseph Bates) and they did an absolute superb job! Joseph and the team got straight to it with marketing the property to existing and new clients. They were extremely helpful in advising on the offers I received to ensure I accepted the best offer but also from a good buyer most likely to follow throw to completion. Through out the conveyancing process Joseph helped to intermediate between solicitors and to speed up the sales process where he could often jumping on the phone or email to help remediate problems. This was an incredibly helpful experience particular since I had moved abroad and not so easily able to drive these things. Can highly recommend Johns and Co and particular Joseph and his team.
