I had a brilliant viewing experience with Sam Barker last week. He presented the properties with honesty and integrity. He also accommodated us to view in areas which is not his own - in that case he was very clear and upfront about the fact that he may not know all the details we are interested in, however he offered to find those out for us. He is a kind of professional who I would be pleased going through a sales process with.

Compared to other estate agents, Foxtons has proved to be the most helpful and responsive. Donovan in particular has been an excellent communicator throughout and genuinely had our interests at heart during our property search. He was able to help us secure a property that met our preferences, rather than suggesting properties that didn’t. Overall, he has made a process that is normally quite a stressful one very smooth sailing, and we are very grateful to him for that!

Donovan from Foxtons did a really good job of assisting me to find a place to stay on short notice. He advised me and ensured that all documents were completed as well as taking of the inventory before my move in date. He was also instrumental in negotiating on my behalf and even responded to me on a Sunday regarding an issue in the apartment. Donovan from Foxtons is a great asset to the company and it has been great dealing with him during the letting process.

Ever since we have been looking for renting a property, all they have done is call and “gather information” like a 100 times. Every time they’ll say the same thing “I’m sorry the property you’ve enquired on has been already let. I can share the ones that are available” All the listed properties will be very conveniently let out. Still they’d keep on spamming with the same recommendations. I understand that they are a big and reputed organisation and that renters aren’t paying them but that doesn’t mean that you con us! We are working individuals and talking with you is very mentally and emotionally exhausting!

Great service for buyers! I must admit, I had a very bad image of Foxtons (dealing with them as a letting agent)... however my experience as a buyer was very different. I believe the main reason for that was the amazing Courtnee Whitney!! Courtnee took her time showing me flats, listened to the brief and ended up showing me one I had not seen online... guess which one I ended up buying? yep! As I was a first timer buyer, I relied on Courtnee's expertise and advise for so many things. THANK YOU for making this search and process a little less stressful than anticipated.

Extremely unethical and horrible experience working with them! They always promised and baited us to viewings of lower priced houses but every time "something happened" and the house became unavailable on the viewing day, instead they had us view extremely expensive houses and when we made an offer they waited for 48 hours and made a bidding war on our back, asking for more than a 20% increase on an already overpriced property! To top it all off, they made up fake excuses every correspondence we had with them (one moment the landlord of a house was in Vancouver, then 15 minutes later in Singapore!).
