Over the past 18 months, I have been working primarily with Jemma and Kelly on the management of 2 properties. The support provided by Jemma and Kelly has exceeded expectation. All issues are resolved to my satisfaction and where the issues require further time and effort I am kept well informed. GoogleSam is fantastic! He was waiting for us at the property and so friendly in explaining everything about it to us. He then went out of his way to show us another one! He has great knowledge of so many areas and it's obvious he goes above and beyond to get to any viewing no matter where it is. GoogleMy husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Tee from Foxtons. It was a bit difficult finding a flat to rent from the States, but the second I spoke with Tee, she was on it! I was so grateful to that connection and felt like someone on the other side of the pond was really looking out for us. Beyond her scope, she was even helpful regarding areas to live and close transportation which were important considerations for us. Tee went above and beyond to discuss flats with my husband I and was relentless in pursuing the best deal that could be made. Tee is a fine representation of being service oriented and willingness to go to any length to ensure her clients are 100% satisfied.

GoogleI’m so glad I worked with Kapcer Wieki. From the very first day, he made everything so much easier than I expected. Any time I emailed or texted, he got back to me right away, honestly faster than anyone I’ve ever worked with (I bought my first flat and we completed in 3 months). He kept the whole process moving when I was sure it would drag on forever. Whenever there was a chance something might slow us down, he was already on it before I even had to ask and followed up with all the relevant parties. That kind of follow-through took a huge weight off my shoulders. On top of all that, Kapcer is just a genuinely nice person to work with, friendly, patient, and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. Thank you so much!

GoogleWe recently bought our flat through Foxtons and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Huge thanks to Kewsar and Peter, who went above and beyond for us throughout the whole process. They were incredibly helpful, always available, and explained everything clearly at every stage. We never felt lost or overwhelmed, they truly made us feel supported from start to finish. Buying a home can be stressful, but with Kewsar and Peter, it honestly felt smooth and even enjoyable! We’re so happy with our new place and genuinely grateful for their hard work. We’ll 100% be recommending Foxtons, and especially these two, to anyone looking to buy.

He patiently listened to every query we had, he drove us around Canary wharf and showed us all options he could. He was extremely generous, approachable while showing us the options. I can say that he is probably the best sales personnel I have worked with. Never pushing us to buy something and at the same time ensuring that we are given the space and support to decide what is the best for us. I will 100% recommend Sam Barker for your property search.

GoogleSadia Kasem from The Canary Wharf branch is very unprofessional and not helpful at all. She didn’t responded to her email in a timely manner and wasted our time. Never confirmed the details on the viewings but sending us listing out of our budget/ listings which they have no key to access to the apartment. And more surprisingly, during the call with her - she was not apologetic at all about her services and miscommunications, instead, she bragged on how many clients she had and said she didn’t care about us if we were able to do the viewing or not. This is a shocking experience as we thought Foxton was a great real estate agent company. Apparently it’s the most ridiculous experience we have ever encountered.

My flatmate had come from outside london to view a property in finsbury park and was only told once he got to the appointment that david morgan was not going to make the appointment due to being unwell, extremely unprofessional, he should have gotten one of his colleagues to cover the flat viewing or atleast message us in advance.
