Peter Chojnacki was extremely helpful and professional, and went above and beyond in helping a not-entirely-simple purchase to go through successfully. This is definitely the right Sales team to go to for the Docklands area.

GoogleHello, We have met an amazing agent, she works for Foxtons based in Canary Wharf, her name is Sana Ikram, we had a viewing and where interested also in an other property and she was very helpful trying to get the owner phone number and getting us there even if that was not listed in her area. She was very open and always available for us when we called her. Really recommend her.

Her help included quick responses, a personalised and friendly communication, help in understanding the process and even same day property viewings as I was really keen on finding a place asap. Even before deciding on a property, I had multiple viewings through Foxtons where he'd be the one showing me around and he was always very helpful. Throughout the property purchase he remained incredibly responsive and was always pushing for updates and moving the process forwards as swiftly as possible. GoogleWe have used Sonny (from Foxtons) to buy our first property. Sonny's service has been bespoke. He was there from the beginning to the end, helping us conclude the deal. It was a tricky situation because there were tenants in the flat that should have been inside until August. However, we needed them to leave before the end of June to benefit from the Stamp Duty holiday. Sonny, who was in contact with us but as well the sellers and the tenants, has helped us massively to reach to an agreement that was "win-win-win", in which all three parties were happy ! Always proactive, smart and smiling, we can now see why he is so successful. Before engaging in such a project, we did not think having a good Estate Agent by our side was necessary. We thought buying a flat was just a formal process, very standard with lots of paperwork. You cannot imagine how much of a difference it is making actually working with someone that knows what he is doing and that is working in your best interest. He literally sat me down and profiled me. :) He managed to identify the best property for me straight away and he took me for a viewing within one hour. I placed an order on the spot and I had an agreed tenancy the day after. I loved this kind of personalized approach. We're so happy we decided to go this route as they suggested we promote the flat through an auction portal, which ended up leading to our buyer who exchanged on the same day and closed within 2 weeks. GoogleI’m very grateful to Giles and Billy for their support and professionalism in handling my recent sale. My only regret is not coming to Foxtons sooner! I’ve been really impressed with how Foxtons operate, and truthfully the difference is night and day when compared to other agents. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Foxtons, but I also want to single out Billy who did an amazing job, his energy and ruthless efficiency was a game changer and made for a very smooth and speedy completion.

GoogleAntoniya (Jackson) has been really great helping us get our dream apartment. When we contacted her a few months ago what the apartment we wanted wasn’t there yet and she really kept a look out for us and kept us up to date, so when the moment came our dream apartment became available she let us know immediately so she enabled us to move super fast. She was also a great help through out the application process and so on. Cant recommend her enough. :-)

GoogleI’m in the process of buying a property and dealt with multiple agents and I always received a friendly and professional service. I had the most viewings with Sam who was proactive in showing me properties of interest and always very accomodating with time of the viewings (evenings, weekend). Very pleased with the service so far and can recommend.

GoogleI had a really good experience with Mollie, she worked with me to find a flat in a time when the market was particularly unfavourable for a renter in my position. When there weren't any flats matching my criteria in the area, she went out of her way to organise viewings outside Canary Wharf and helped me find the place where I'm living now within a week. Very grateful!

GoogleFoxtons is a great and fancy agency only up until you pay them their fee for doing absolutely nothing. I had the bad experience to rent a flat through them and every time i had an issue the only thing the said was to contact my landlord. And the best part of the story is that when i moved out of the flat the landlord did not returned the deposit back and they done absolutely nothing. Very very bad and expensive experience. I highly do not recommend. Honestly this was the worst agency i ever used. Amongst other awards you certainly win the one for rip people off for doing nothing.

GoogleI had perfect experience with Foxtons Canary Whart for renting my apartment. They have very good stuff specifically (Nathlyn Baptiste) she is the best. She is respectable, professional, kind, and helpful. I’m happy about my experience that I did with Foxtons, and and very happy about everything that Nathlyn Baptiste did for me. ( she is too good to be true)
