Tried to buy a property through them and the result was very disappointing which resulted in 1500 GBP loss for us. They promised too many things to the vendor which they could not achieve in terms of searching another property for him and finally he pulled out when our solicitor prepared already the exchange. Also they lied about the service charge amount, the flat was advertised with 2500 GBP service charge but when we got the docs from the solicitor it was 5200 GBP. Besides the fact that the agent was constantly late.

I dealt with many estate agent companies and Foxtons were by far the best when it comes to taking the stress and issues out of seeking an apartment to rent; with Foxtons Canary Wharf arguably being the best of the Foxtons in my opinion. Their pristine offices and remarkably helpful staff mean you can't go wrong. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lydia Beesley. Her thorough knowledge of the area and indeed the rental market left me feeling confident and secure in the fact that she had my best interests at heart. She helped me through every step of the process with securing a property and I will definitely be asking for her next time I am looking for an apartment. Having dealt with an array of estate agents over the years and finding myself left angry/disappointed with the level of service I received, I would go straight to Lydia going forward and would recommend asking for her to anyone looking for an apartment in Canary Wharf. She is by far the best estate agent I have dealt with!

I found Mariam Bey of Foxtons Canary Wharf to be very responsive - I was looking for a flat I could move into within a week - and very personable to deal with. Mariam provided excellent client service by taking me to viewings she had arranged in her company car whilst showing a good understanding of the type of apartment I was looking for. I have dealt with Foxtons twice in last 6 months and both times it has been a fantastic experience. We were assisted by Zarina Belic and she is an absolute delight to work with. So much so, that during our second apartment hunting, I directly reached out specifically to her.
