GoogleMy husband and I had the pleasure to meet with Oliver G! He was so nice to us and answered all our questions before (and after) the viewing. For some reason, I couldn't book a viewing from the website and he took care of it as well! He was on time on the day of the viewing and gave us all the time we needed to view the house! Way to go Oliver! ;)

In the past, we had problems with property maintenance with other agencies, but Ernest Brooks's management service is outstanding. I am particularly impressed with the manager, Habib Aziz, who is always nice, responsive, and efficient, one of our main reasons to keep staying in the same property for so long.

I am the tenant and still live in the property, this nightmare happened since Chris Coles this person connected me,I got all the email for the record , I just in case they said this is the fake account or not recognise my name . I feel so angry and would more people to know this is how they treat you like because you are tenant not the landlord so they don’t need to respect you when you are the tenant under the management of this company.My tenant agreement is 12 months break clause which still have around 4 months until that time, Chris Coles the property manager have contacted me in email which they would like to book a viewing as the owner would like to sell the property, because I got a little girl she is 3years old and we live in the one bedroom apartment, it full of toys and stuff and I am super busy with the little girl and she don’t like stranger also I don’t have time to do this , I have explained to him my situation, i will let them have viewing around April which the owner can have two months to find the new tenant or buyer. He is very pushing and keeping sending email to me , Also I did email them( the common law statute of the “right to quiet enjoyment of the property” whereby the landlord or agent cannot enter the property without the express permission of the tenant and cannot interfere with the tenants’ lives and quiet enjoyment of the property for the duration of the tenancy.)Chris Coles seems not care at all ,He told me in email they got their our management set of keys, and only need to give me 24 hours notice even I told them clearly this not the good time and I rejected your booking of the viewing and I do not allow it and please stop harassing me.Then this the last email I got(I wanted to give you 24 hours notice that we are arranging a viewing tomorrow at 3:30pm.If you would like to be present then you just have to let me know.)I have sent the email to rejected it and stated the “right to quiet enjoyment of the property” to me and It is standard practice on an Assured Shorthold Tenancies to allow viewings for either sales or lettings in the last two months of the term by prior mutually agreed appointments and at least 24 hours notice.He don’t reply me after I sent this email but they seems don’t care and I can’t sleeping all night which my depression and anxiety got worse than before and feeling unsafe even in my own property
