I dealt with Olivia and she was amazing! She was friendly, helpful, informative and personable. Ernest Brooks is definitely an agent you can trust because they informed me by phone of a property that was unsafe so they had to take it off the market, after i had booked a viewing with them. Olivia was good to recommend me other potential properties too. I would not hesitate to use this company again and definitely recommend them.

GoogleThe service provided by Mary is great and I would definitely recommend her to my friends. As a first time buyer who knows nothing about property buying process, Mary is available for all my questions at any time. The mortgage adviser and solicitor recommended by her is also great. I trusted her professional knowledge and relied on her for the whole process. In my situation, the time is very tight for completing the exchange of contract. I really appreciated the fact that Mary helped me to chase both the mortgage adviser and the solicitor to get things done quickly using her relationship with them. Regular updates is also provided by her so that I'm aware of what's happening. She will definitely be my first contact for any related queries.

It’s been a great experience working with Michelle Bacon. She’s very professional and has a wonderful attitude. First of all, her responses were always quick and thoughtful, so we never had to wait long for answers. When we met for the viewing, she took the time to show us around and made sure we were familiar with the area and every detail of the property. GoogleWe rented a flat from Fady last year and now we are buying it from Craig Kelly we have been tenants for a year and worked with property management who were nice and supportive not that we had much issue but now we are buying our flat so working with sales. Mark Goldstein has made us stay longer because of his quick and kind responses. He ensured our comfort cooling was fixed the next day when it went down during the 32C-degree heatwave this summer. He has always followed up with our concerns and has always been so helpful. We even stopped our plans to move away altogether because the level of service he provided was stellar. The other company's agents took more than 2 weeks for any response even after the deposit was fully paid. Shocking difference. Thank you, Mark, for keeping us comfy in our home.

Referencing and contracts were handled promptly, check-in was organised and any minor issues after move-in were resolved quickly (had a snapped bin runner). Friendly team, clear communication and an easy process. Would happily rent through EBI again and recommend them.

GoogleOur sale with Ernest Brooks was swift, professional and importantly, at the right price. Having been on the market for a few months not too long before (with a different estate agents) I was unsure how the process would go. But Zhiqi led the charge in the sale of our flat, with a buyer found within a few weeks and market/ asking price achieved. All at Ernest brooks were knowledgeable, honest, punctual and clear with their communications to us. Helpfully we then had a sales progressor, Maglin, who facilitated the resolution of outstanding queries and got the sale over the line. So glad we chose Ernest Brooks, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
