GoogleJason Ung (the Assistant Lettings Manager) was extremely helpful and co-operative during the process of finding a property to rent. He answered all of our questions and, before our viewing, had taken the time to research the property/surrounding area to ensure he was able to give a full overview of what to expect. Jason was also quite honest throughout the entire process and extremely professional - couldn't recommend Ernest-Brooks more!

The words..... 'Estate Agent' normally sends shivers down your spine. That was certainly my experience with the firm I used prior to Ernest Brooks International. I want to shout from the rooftop about this company! Here are a few words to describe my experience. Honest, Professional, Helpful, Kind and Empathetic. They made me feel like I was their only client. Particularly want to sing the praises of Samantha and Paul. They sold my flat within a week, and really helped progress the sale through to completion, having to mitigate it all through a pandemic. Honestly if you have a property to sell in London do not use anyone else!

So professional! As a buyer I feel like Ernest Brooks has operated fairly and smoothly throughout the entire process. Emma Draper, my agent, was absolutely brilliant. She really set herself apart from the get-go when she sent me a recording of her walking round the flat! She also liaised with my parents in such a lovely way that really supported me. My experience with the rest of the team has also been brilliant. My sales progressor Samantha Strickley is very easy to get hold of and has liaised with the different parties for me on a regular basis to keep the seller updated. Thank you!

Incredible team wide professionalism, communication, approach and overall experience.I only used Ernest-Brooks through Hallam's persistence and eventually decided to give them ago. I cannot express strongly enough how glad I am to have made this decision (and wish I went with them with my other property sold a short while earlier). I am extremely happy with the sale they have managed to achieve and in the time frame. Hats off to Emma Draper for her excellent work in securing a bid above asking price. John Chung has kept me regularly updated, and Samantha is now doing a great job with the paperwork. Then there were the other Agents as well who also achieved strong bids (but I eventually had to go with one) and the surveyor who did a great job in highlighting the great features of my property and doing it justice.All in all, I have dealt with 6+ different individuals. There is an honest togetherness about this company and it has been an exceptionally pleasant and stress free experience.

I was a foreign buy-to-let owner. I was not even see my property. Luckily, Ernest Brooks provided all the professional, and responsive services and advice to help me manage and let my property.When I decided to sell my property. Samantha is a great sales process agent, that she helped me to coordinate the whole sale process between my building management company, buyer side, and my solicitor. In the covid-19 period, all business activities (mail service, solicitor normal service, etc.) cannot working normally. But Samantha still do her best to provide supports and advice for the process. Finally, the sold process is successfully completed.

Samantha is the best sales progressor that a seller and a buyer could ask for. Sam, Elliot, and Anthony were friendly, professional, and responsive. At times my transaction ran into difficulties and each time Sam and team were able to hear the views and needs of all parties and suggest a pathway forward. At the end the transaction was very time-sensitive and Sam was chasing third-parties many times, often having to hold for hours on the phone, only to get a response and to progress the transaction. It has been a great pleasure working with Sam and team and I would really recommend their service.

GoogleI reached out to Anthony for help regarding my house search a couple of months ago. My experience interacting with him has been outstanding. Anthony was very responsive and pro-active. He would arrange viewings for me and update me ASAP without any follow up. He would reach for the viewings before time and would be happy to show me around, not just the proposed property but the nearby areas, discuss patiently with me and answer all my queries and not rush out for the next customer viewing. IF he would not be able to answer any query immediately, he would make sure he finds the answer and respond later. What I liked the most working with him was he was flexible and accommodating according to my schedule. I am a working professional having only weekend to spare and Anthony would even give time for viewings on Saturday and Sunday and in any area where Ernest-Brooks would have their property available in, something doing which other Estate Agents would hesitate a lot. I was looking E16 , E15 and he showed me up properties in both areas. He would understand my requirements and call up even months later to check if I am still searching, as a property has shown up matching my requirements. Lastly, after I found a property, he still offered to help me with any further queries and help required. Really grateful to Anthony for helping me out with my Property search. Olivia showed me a suitable property which matched my specific requirements. Although the property just wasnt right for me after viewing, Olivia was communicative from the get-go. Well-prepared, trustworthy, polite, informed, respectful of the vendors property and was able to provide solutions to aspects of the property I was concerned about which I hadn’t previously thought of. Her follow up communication was excellent and I really felt she was working for both buyer and seller to ensure all parties were happy. GooglePlease please please be aware of this company they are the biggest fraudsters in London. Do not know how to treat customers or even how to give a service. I use them to manage my properties in East London and they were stealing from me. Any future customers or potential clients do not do any business with this company
