Bought a buy to let apartment and furnished it through Ernest Brooks Interiors, really good job and easy from the start, saw a proposal with the floor-plan / space in mind and when installed received photos and a report from a property manager. Would certainly recommend, good price hassle free service from buying off plan to furniture a tenant and rental income, couldn’t as for an easier process. Thanks to Craig Kelly from new homes, Maj from lettings who also did the furniture package for us and Gabby the property manager! Thank you all!

Thanks to Michael for the level of service that he provided to ensure that I was able to secure my new flat in the Barbican. He was the epitome of professionalism throughout my time working with him, ensuring quick responses and answering any queries that I had along the journey. In particular Habib has been particularly helpful with a recent tenant problem. When we saw the flat, we were the first ones to make an offer - Yujin was very helpful with the viewing and all the information; Ramesh who accepted and worked out all the paperwork for the lease, got us properly settled in. He's been looking after us over those 2 years and has been more than outstanding. Any question, any issue...anything - he was there to help/support and make sure we were happy. Samantha is the best sales progressor that a seller and a buyer could ask for. Sam, Elliot, and Anthony were friendly, professional, and responsive. At times my transaction ran into difficulties and each time Sam and team were able to hear the views and needs of all parties and suggest a pathway forward. At the end the transaction was very time-sensitive and Sam was chasing third-parties many times, often having to hold for hours on the phone, only to get a response and to progress the transaction. From the first conversation Patrick was efficient, friendly and professional, on the viewing shared ideas on the potential the house had in regards to possibly le expansions, decor etc. When speaking of my concerns listened and didn’t just brush them off for a pushy sale and showed understanding.
