GoogleElms is by far the best agency we have used to rent from, any time we've had an issue in the past has been dealt with very quickly and Jade would go the extra mile to oversee all issues have been sorted. We feel very lucky as other agencies we have dealt with in the past would send contractors around with absolutely no interest in taking on the work, this is key having a direct line with any agency, top recommended, if you want to rent your flat/house or looking for accommodation, definitely give them a shot.

GoogleWe instructed Elms Estate Agents for the letting of our flat. They did a great job in marketing the property and finding a tenant within a week of the property being marketed. They did a thorough job in referencing the tenants and also helped us purchase a bed, mattress and sofa on our behalf and installing it. Husnain who we dealt with was great and very attentive. The whole team at Elms can't be faulted for their excellent customer service skills. Highly recommended.

GoogleWhen I was renting from a local property nearby a couple of years back, one of their estate agents used the t-slur to describe a transgender landlord who employed them. This attitude and mindset seemed fairly embedded into their workplace culture. Scary.

GoogleI have had a really wonderful experience working with Nasim. It's refreshing to work with an estate agent who clearly cares about people. He 's always quick to respond and help out in any situation and has really put my mind at ease when I was having housing issues. As far as estate agents go, elms really is a top one especially for renting. Would highly reccomend

GoogleMy flat mate and I have used Elms estate for the last three years and have only good things to say about them. I myself lived in the UK for 9 years and have met and dealt with many estate agents that have been less than but Elms has been nothing but perfect. Customer service is amazing, the response time is excellent and if there was ever an issue they would be straight on it. No hassle and extremely professional and personable. If I still lived in the UK I would use them. I want to especially thank Villy and Gabriella for being so amazing and always so wonderful to deal with.

YellELMS is extremely disappointing.
ELMS is extremely disappointing. Dealing with them was quite acceptable until the coronavirus crisis arrived. Avoid this agency at all costs, because when it comes difficult times or you are in trouble they will take advantage on you. They don’t cooperate, they just watch for their own benefit. Everything is about putting obstacles and muddying the waters. Don't trust them, their tone has been very threatening. We are four people in a house, some of us lost our jobs and the others got in furlough. As a result, our source of income has been reduced and we did let them know our delicate situation from the beginning. For personal reasons we had to return to our countries of residence and stay with our families. We tried to negotiate with ELMS, they answer late, rude and they took advantage of our situation. We asked them to put our house up for rent and we wanted to speak to our Landlord to break the contract, but they avoided our query and we are still paying the rent.

GoogleNasim and Jade have been really great, constantly ensuring our house is properly maintained and fixed when it needs fixing. Have just moved out to another location and Nasim’s servicing on helping me get the let agreement transferred and deposits returned was great - the agents at my new flat are nowhere close to hitting Nasim’s standards I recommend this agency if moving around E2 area
