Dear Alex Thank you for your comments. As you are already aware we have a fair use policy in place in order to deter residents from abusing the utility usage as some people leave lights and appliances on when they are not required or being used as well as leaving the heating on. During the completion we highlight this policy to all tenants as it is in the tenancy agreement and helps to reduce our carbon footprint and is good for the environment. It is also incorrect that we charge bills without notice as there is a procedure that is followed by the agency and the tenants which is very clear.
