GoogleSince renting our flat in October 2022 we have had nothing but exemplary service from the staff at Gargan and Hart - our property manager is prompt, efficient and any issues have been addressed quicker than I would have anticipated based on past experiences.
I appreciate it's often getting a nice balance of an attentive landlord and an effective property manager - which fortunately we have. But for their part, Gargan and Hart have carried out their responsibilities happily and without delay to ensure my partner and I can occupy the flat without issue.

Hart, and also use their rental management
service. They have been excellent in all aspects,
always available on the phone for any queries, and
made the process a lot smoother with all aspects
of a house move. They have always responded to
our tenants and any issues have been managed
quickly and effectively, keeping all parties
informed and updated.
We would definitely recommend Gargan and Hart
to manage both sales and lettings.

GoogleOver and above....
Clare and her team went above and beyond the call of duty in managing our purchase of one of their properties. They did an enormous amount of extra work (that they really didn't have to) to secure the sale and all with good humour and professionalism. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending them to both buyers and sellers.
Thank you Clare.

Good people skills - friendly and helpful. Very positive and encouraging about viewing a property. On time for arranged appointment. Gave information about the location and some background to the property but allowed time to also look around in peace. Available to answer questions and willing to find answers if not already known.
Allowed the legal process to take its course but if any holdups occurred was courteous with enquiries to make sure all parties were clear about the situation and remained confident in the transaction.

View AgentsPerfect Service!
I purchased a house through Gargan & Hart and was met on time for the viewing by a very helpful Sales Manager who allowed me to browse solely but with answers to any questions I had.
After having my offer accepted, their communication was excellent and when I asked if I could revisit the property to take some measurements, they were only too happy to oblige and meet me at the property for another browse.
A very professional estate agents.

View AgentsGreat service
We recently relocated 300 miles to Torquay. Garghan and Hart were the agent selling the property that we bought. Obviously moving such a distance had it’s challenges but all of the staff at Garghan and Hart were so helpful. They were always willing to assist, letting various people in for quotes and measurements where we were not able to do so.
All calls were dealt with quickly and efficiently and they helped move things along with various solicitors when they needed a nudge.
When it comes to moving again (I need to unpack here first) we will definitely use Garghan and Hart to sell our house. Thanks again!

Gargan and Hart have been brilliant from beginning to end in helping us purchase our first house. They are always incredibly helpful and are so cheerful every time we see or speak to anyone. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have helped us to feel confident that we are buying the right property. We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to go back to them should we wish to sell in the future.

Gargan and Hart delivered all that they said that they would. Extrememly pleased with the way my property was advertised and sold. A very professional approach to todays market. I thoroughly recommend this agent.
