View AgentsFantastic customer service.
We sold through gargan and Hart. We had several agencies come to offer their services but by far from the outset Sean and Clare were shining out as clear favourites.
You didn't disappoint with your local knowledge and proven track record it was a pleasure to work with you.
Very pleasant to deal with and always answering queries and concerns promptly.
Returning calls when promised.
I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking for honesty and assurance in what is a nerve racking time.
Thank you all in the chelston office

We were extremely pleased with the service received as well as the patient step-by-step guidance provided. Everyone in the agency went above and beyond every time we called or had a query. A massive thank you to Nicole and Clare for being so helpful and cheerful every time we called. Brilliant agency with lots of knowledge of the locality and always willing to help!

I can’t fault Clare & the team at Gargantuas & Hart, despite problems with the purchase (not down to them) the team kept me up today’s with what what going on. They also managed to facilitate the move during Covid 19 so I could move away from my parents who were at high risk whilst I remained working as a key worker.

Gargan and Hart delivered all that they said that they would. Extrememly pleased with the way my property was advertised and sold. A very professional approach to todays market. I thoroughly recommend this agent.
My property was previously advertised with a different agent and getting nowhere. I then approached Gargan and Hart whose expertise was successful in marketing and selling my property.
