GoogleGargan and Hart have been a great letting agents. Throughout my tenancy they were extremely helpful and quickly responsive in any problems that came up.

GoogleGargan & Hart have been great from the beginning. I moved from another area so my partner was allowed to come and view the property on my behalf, they explained all the costs and there were no surprises! Since moving in, any issues with the property we have been been able to report and they've been dealt with in good time and the communication on the matter has helped to know what the situation is.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWouldn't trust gargan and Hart, viewed a property in Torquay. The estate agent who showed us the house was very cagey and using the back door and we thought this was very suspicious. Through our own research we discovered the house had subsidence at the rear 10ish years ago and the front now had it. Gargan and Hart knew this information and we'd been asking for weeks for them to send it to us but they never would. but only shared this information when we wanted to withdraw from the sale.. Very misleading and just wanted the sale. Don't trust them

GoogleDisappointed that the process was not clearly explained after having an offer accepted and then someone else putting in a higher offer when you think property has been taken off the market. Think all agents should be clear in this situation
We are sorry that you felt we should have explained our process more thoroughly with you and hope that our telephone conversation with you yesterday provided you with a better understanding.

GoogleAt every stage of our sale, Gargan and Hart were there to support and advise us as to the best way to secure the sale of our house. This was particularly important when our first buyer had to pull out. Gargan and hart went out of their way to find us a subsequent buyer within 6 weeks.
