I am renting a property through Fresh Move Torquay and have always been looked after. If i have a problem they try to get it sorted as soon as possible and i have no complaints. They are very helpful, informative, approachable and friendly. Have never had a unresolved problem and would recommend them to either buyers or renters.

Fresh move manage an apartment for us. They seem to find good tenants and keep a close eye on the property with regular reports back. They have a team of contractors who sort any issues at a reasonable cost. Management charges are less than many competitors and rents received are transferred promptly.

I've used Fresh Move for a number of years to let my properties. They have found tenants. Carried out all the reference checks and dealt with all the paperwork and tenancy agreements. I haven't used them to manage my properties but certainly they provide a cost effective solution for finding tenants.

Dear Mart We are extremely sorry. I know my colleague did call you on Saturday and offer you an out of hours viewing to work in with your schedule. Unfortunately your viewing was booked in on Tuesday and not saturday as an error. We always send a confirmation after we book a viewing but sadly the email we had for you did not work and therefore you did not get our email to confirm the viewing for Tuesday. We do not normally miss viewings. We know how frustrating it is when some one does not turn up as people often do it to us which is one of the reasons we send confirmations etc so there is no confusion. Please accept our sincere apologies for the error. Kind regards

Fiona and The Team at Freshmove in Torquay did a superb job of letting our property on the Torbay Road. We live some distance away but could totally relax in the knowledge that our house was being properly cared for, nothing was too much trouble. I heartily recommend.
