After searching for so long for a nice 1 bedroom flat in the city center me and my partner were almost losing hope, then we came across fresh move. He showed us a flat that could not have been more perfect and to make it that much better he explained that fresh move is a company who are there to look after the Tennant just as much as they look after the landlord. We put the holding fee down on the same day and the rest of the process couldn't have been easier! It was so refreshing to have a down to earth letting agent that really care about what you want/ need and don't just want your cash! Any slight issues we had during the rental were fixed very quickly in a very proffesional manner. I would recommend to anyone and will be using them for any future house moves. Well done guys for having an amazing company and helping people make what is usually a very stressful time easy! 5 stars!!

I have been a landlady for over 30 years and have worked with several agencies. Some have been dire and some OK but FreshMove is in a league of its own. It responds immediately to all queries, selects potential tenants with skill and very importantly asks them the right questions up front so time wasters are ruled out. Its fees are very reasonable and the prospective tenants I have spoken to, comment on the excellent video of the property and also the speedy and knowledgable communications they have experienced with FreshMove. I would recommend them whole heartedly to both landlords and tenants.

GoogleAbsoutely appalling!!!!! This agency is so focused on grabbing your money that they put all other responsibilities as a letting agency to the back of their minds. In the first instance they appear to be transparent with their pricing, do not let this fool you! At the first opportunity they will charge you left, right and centre. They will also deny anything you agree in telephone calls. If you do have to use them then make sure every communication you have with them is in a recordable format!! If you can, avoid them like the plague. You have been warned... review written by a former (now enlightened) tennant

FreshMove have been extremely helpful with all aspects of my tenancy, from the initial viewing, to organising the move in, and with any issues with the property.The staff (Fiona and James) have been really approachable, and always available to talk to me about anything throughout the tenancy. They have been able to answer all my questions and have been very efficient in sorting out problems.I would definitely use them again, and have already recommended them to other people.

having told them I want to leave early as I'm not eating and cant afford to live there and I left the flat with no damage they took my deposit and told me I owe 1500 in rent but I don't live there no more

Dear DaneThank you for your comments and it is very unfortunate that you do not feel responsible for the rent due. fresh move on this particular property represent the landlord. However, we do not make decisions on whether you can or can not surrender your tenancy early. This decision is made by the landlord which fresh move then instruct.Unfortunately, as you are aware you signed a legal 6 month tenancy agreement with your landlord and it was refused by the landlord, upon your request, to exit the tenancy early under the 6 month terms. In this case the landlord has the legal right to enforce the 6 month term and request under the tenancy terms that the 6 months rent is honoured by you and paid in full for the 6 months even if you decide to vacate the property early. By wishing to vacate the property before the 6 months does not mean that this negates you from being responsible for paying the outstanding rent to the end of the 6 month term.The 6 month tenancy agreement is a legal binding contract of which you agree to pay 6 months rent to the landlord.You advise that you have vacated the property but you still hold the keys to the property and your possessions are still left in the hallways of the building so you still liable for the rent as you still reside at the property.As an agent we understand that there are times when a tenant wishes to vacate the property early due to various reasons and we will always try to reach a solution to release you early from a tenancy if you find yourself in a difficult situation. Normally we would re market the property and in the event we secured a new tenant your tenancy could end when the new tenant moved in assuming this would happen before the 6 month period and in this instance you as the existing tenant would be responsible for the landlords fees that would result in fresh move charging the landlord for remarketing the property.However, in this instance unfortunately the landlord did not agree for fresh move to re market the property early as they wanted you to finish your remaining tenancy.Again, we are very compassionate about your situation and will continue to help you where we can but we cannot always make decisions on behalf of our landlords especially is this given situation.Warmest regardsThe fresh move team

Excellent service I couldn’t recommend fresh move more. I Went to fresh move after the service I was getting else where wasn’t very good and couldn’t be more happy with the results. They took care of everything and it was all done so quick I wish I had gone directly to them from the start. I will definitely be using fresh move as and when I need to in the future.

GoogleVery, very poor agents. No basic knowledge of landlord and tenant law. No concern for landlords or landlords properties. Avoid this agency at all costs, they made our life very, very difficult and have no clue what they are doing.

GoogleI have 5 units under full management for 3 years with Freshmoves and they have been excellent. The paperwork, invoicing and payments have always been on time. They handled a recent eviction for me no problem.

The whole experience was handled quick and efficient by a friendly team,costs were low which I feel is very important as moving house is a costly business. We at fresh move are very passionate about helping our landlords protect their property / business assets whilst also helping to maximise rental incomes.You might be tempted to think that all the hard work is done once a letting agent has found responsible tenants, arranged the move in and drafted a tenancy agreement. However, it has been fresh moves experience that, sometimes, it has only just begun. Issues such as maintenance problems, rent arrears and challenging tenants arise regularly and resolving them can consume a significant amount of your personal time and emotion. This is in addition to the horror stories we hear of landlords doing everything themselves and not protecting their property correctly with inventories that don't stand up in court in the event a tenant damages their property are a continual issue in the marketplace. We discussed the video inventory and check in report service that was included in the full management service as well as the rent guarantee insurance because most of our landlords have now moved to the full service and it is always our duty to make sure our clients understand the value of each service we provide.The full management service is tax deductible and as a monthly cost over a year, once you have removed the tax you would pay without acquiring the service, the actual cost is not much more that acquiring a tenant find only service and paying for an inventory separately. Therefore, we always feel the full management service is a low cost / high value service. Our full service has been designed to ensure your property investment runs smoothly whilst minimising tenant void periods, in addition to having the luxury of being an absentee landlord; reaping the profits without the problems. However, we do respect that some Landlords like to do it themselves so if you felt we were pushing the advantages of full management too much we do apologise. Freshmove have fantastic people who are helpful and very responsive in queries or questions when I've contacted. They massively supported us through the application process for a property we were looking at and within 4 weeks (if that) we signed the tenancy agreement and moved in March 2019.
