GoogleHad a viewing with the delightful Jodie at Connells. It was our first viewing to look at potential first home buy. She was so open and honest, gave us loads of advice and information and even arranged for a mortgage advisor appointment for the next day. Genuinely so impressed with the level of service and how friendly and warm the experience was when we are anxious and excited to begin our search for a home. I seriously recommend Jodie at Connells if you are also new to this experience.

GoogleBoth Tara and Charlotte are excellent deal with issues in a precise manner and work efficiently at all stages of the letting. Having had a let down from a prospective tenant at the last minute they worked quickly to replace ensuring no breaks in letting. Reccomended !

Google💫 AMAZING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 💫 I can not thank Connells enough for their professional approach, especially Laura white who first introduced us to our dream home, she was very friendly and helpful, but mostly a HUGE thank you to Ben Pegg who has been incredible throughout, nothing is too much trouble, he was always willing to go the extra mile to help the process be as smooth and as fast as possible and thanks to Ben and connells we have exchange contracts just 7 weeks after we put in an offer. Thank you again for helping us find our dream family home and ensuring we were always updated throughout, so we new exactly what was happening every step of the way and for all your support . GoogleI purchased my property from Connells (Torquay) in 2012 and needed to obtain market appraisals in 2017, and to re-mortgage. I was a lifetime customer and the whole team really looked after me from beginning to end. Steven went above and beyond to help where needed in all the processes promptly. He passed me onto the mortgage adviser, Scott who continued the good work! They were patient regardless of the amount of time it took my end to ensure i was able to get everything i needed to proceed. There was no additional costs for any of the services due to being a lifetime customer, which was excellent! The staff work very well together as a team, to bring customers like myself a very good service all round. I will be using this estate agents if i am ever in need of these services again. Thank you!!

GoogleWe were recommended Connells by our next door neighbour and I have to be honest, our previous experience with estate agents was not a positive one, however they excelled themselves! A young man called Ben Pegg came to see us within a couple of days of me contacting them. He was friendly, informative, enthusiastic and I felt he totally wanted to work for us and get us the best possible deal. Connells & Ben must be the (Fastest estate agents in the south west) The For Sale sign went up on the Tuesday and the Friday of the same week -we had a buyer for our home. Amazing. I know how helpful reviews can be and I would have no hesitation in recommending Connells and in particular Ben Pegg to anyone. The ladies Laura and Tannesha were also really helpful

GoogleI feel compelled to write a letter to you as I would like to show my gratitude regarding the Torquay team particularly Ben. I have been trying to sell my flat since March last year and having changed agents three times, with not even an offer, I was beginning to lose faith and wondered if I would ever sell my flat having reduced my flat a few times. I feel Ben and his team are so professional, more importantly giving feedback straight away. I had an offer and have accepted! I'm delighted as my flat has only been on the market with Connells for a couple of weeks.

GoogleAny1 that needs a mortgage please please use connells in torquay. The mortgage broker there is amazing. Rob westell is an amazing guy. So helpful, kind and very caring. He went above and beyond to help me. I would have been completely lost without his help. Connells has a 1 in a million employee. Rob thank you, thank you, thank you .

GoogleOn the whole, we received excellent service from Ben and his team. Our only quibble was that we asked NOT to have a For Sale board put up outside the property, and stressed the point several times. Our request was ignored and both they and we were on the receiving end of what we'd predicted would happen from certain quarters. All ended well however and the sale went smoothly.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
