Top service in a very friendly and professional manner. Even with the additional difficulties of these social distancing times, their service was considered and professional. Their experience of the local market was excellent and most valuable in concluding our business. Gerald and Kim were most helpful and we thank them for their their assistance. We would happily recommend and use their services again.

Gerald and Kim are a great team and are both professional and reliable and saved us days on our house purchase this month by being proactive with all solicitors and the seller. They chased for us and proactively updated us and fixed comms problems on the way. What is best for us is that they could be trusted to get the job done without supervision. We chose them on their high reputation throughout the Bay area and would use again without question.

If you are thinking of a house move, do not look any further than Gerald and Kim at Pincombes to assist you along the way. From start to finish, from the marketing, house viewings, and finally to completion they made sure I was kept up date and were always available at the end of the phone to answer any of my queries. However, at Pincombes you get a lot more than that….. You Get integrity and You Get Humour….! House moving can have its ups and downs and without fail the way in which Gerald and Kim handled situations is what made the difference. I cannot thank them enough for making the process as smooth as it could possibly be. Thank you both so much, Jo

Gerald and Kim have both been amazing. No question to big or too small when buying our new home through them. Gerald has been so accommodating, knowledgeable, supportive and informative when we have needed him. I highly recommend Pincombe’s, wish we had met them prior to putting our house on the market. Thank you to you both.

Gerald very kindly offered to take me to view houses in his car as I don't have my own transport. Very nice chap. Unfortunately I woke up on the day of the viewing and completely forgot about it. Gerald was absolutely fine about it, and I'm sure I'll arrange another viewing - one where I might actually turn up this time!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Because Gerald was so incredibly helpful with his impartial advice to my wife and I, we felt compelled to write them this outstanding review. His advise was clear and honest and importantly didn't benefit him personally or his business. There just aren't many people who give their time in this way, I genuinely wish Gerald and his team every success as they deserve.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We were the buyers, so not Pincombe's customer as such. However, Gerald and Kim could not have done more to help what proved to be a difficult and protracted transaction. Highly recommend and we will use them when we sell.

Visited Pincombe's office this morning. Very refreshing - both Kim and Gerald are very friendly, professional and enthusiastic. Gerald made time for us there and then and even ended up taking us on an unplanned viewing of a lovely property in Livermead. He is very genuine and impressed us enormously - if when we live locally we will certainly entrust him with the sale of our property.

We have no hesitation in highly recommending Pincombe's. Gerald and Kim showed great care and professionalism in selling our property and did all we would have expected plus a great deal more. They provided a very personal and individual service which a larger firm would not. Not living locally we relied on Gerald to sort out problems for us which made the process so much easier.
