Couldn’t be happier with the experience and ease I’ve had, especially as a first time buyer, Courtney within Darlows and Rhys with Just mortgages have gone above and beyond, they’re always at the end of the phone and no question is ever a stupid question. Rhys has sorted literally everything and in such a prompt and professional manner explaining everything, he has made sure I fully understand exactly what is going on every step of the way! Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We had a really good experience buying our house through the darlows Tonypandy office.Shannon Thomas who oversaw our process was brilliant throughout and was very professional,helpful,polite and always available to support and contact the seller of our new house and solicitors as and when needed throughout the process.We were very happy with the service provided by the darlows Tonypandy office and found everyone else we spoke too when Shannon wasn't available to be very polite,helpful and professional . Throughout the process Christine in particular was extremely courteous, professional, and went out of her way to answer queries and help manage any problems efficiently and promptly. As a new investor in Tonypandy I would have been lost; I would have spent time in and over the valleys with no sense of direction. But the positive response and happy voice from Shannon always made me want to visit. Then Christine has for several occasions gone out of her way to book viewings for me, even within very short notice - what a great service to the vendors and the investors. I was still sleeping when I got an email from Christine and Judith to alert me of a good new offer acceptance - Great professionalism and promptness exhibited.
