Facebookif you want to pay over the odds for zero service, conducting viewings yourself, putting off potential buyers by insisting that they see their in house financial advisor before they can book a viewing and CHARGING them for the pleasure, if you want to be ignored when things aren't going smoothly, and you're happy to be completely ripped off, then darlows are the one for you! the worst mistake we ever made was putting our house on the market with darlows.

GoogleDarlows was enthusiastic about selling my property and worked hard to get potential buyers through the door. They kept me in touch every step of the way and I was very pleased with their cheerful but professional approach. I sold at a really good price and would recommend.

FacebookI have been trying to contact the Tonypandy branch with regards a property I am interested in buying.
I have spoken to their central number, Iโve used their online โBOTโ option to try to speak to someone, all to no avail.
Whoever has their property listed with this branch, I would suggest engaging a company that ๐๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ communicates with potential buyers.
This branch is rubbish with callbacks.

GoogleI have rang many times over a 3 week period to arrange a viewing on 2 properties,
Everytime I've been told would have a call back..which im still waiting for!
If I was selling a property with darlows I would NOT be happy if a potential sale/viewing of my house was not be dealt with. As a potential property investor I would be very reluctant to deal with.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleDifficult to communicate with, the phone isn't answered much. Emails brief and unprofessional.
Late for a viewing- house was dirty and full of dead woodlouse. I would not recommend as a house buyer.
