GoogleGreat service from Tillie and Molly. They called us back after a house we were interested in previously which was being let to someone else didn’t go ahead. We viewed it on Monday, had all paperwork done by Wednesday and collected the keys on Friday - very efficient team!

They have done an excellent job Then Mea has taken over the day to day running of the tenancies ensuring all of my concerns are dealt with and dealing with tenants in a professional manner. Molly was superb in ensuring that everything was sorted and given our unique circumstances surrounding our entry into the UK, she not only engaged with the owners to accommodate our early rental but also went out of her way outside of office hours to ensure we had access to our new home. GoogleWe’re currently renting a property through Leaders and couldn’t be more pleased. Our property manager, Mea, is always helpful when it comes to any of our queries. Prompt responses and clarity every time! Any issues are also addressed promptly by their contractors and works are always carried out to a high standard, both in terms of quality as well as cleanliness. Would definitely recommend Leaders.

GoogleThe team at Leaders in Tonbridge were great during the sale of my Mum’s apartment. In particular they were always available, very keen to help and provided regular and informed updates. Information is clearly shared so that all team members were able to deal with my queries when I called (frequently) on spec and provide up to date information on progress towards the sale. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleTerrible estate agents that do not reply to emails. Very friendly and helpful the whole time they want your money but when it comes to refunding and doing their part they are not interested. Still waiting for a holding fee three weeks later and no response to any email sent reagarding this. Having dealt with many estate agents in the past I can honestly say I won’t be recommending Leaders to anyone I know.
