Terrible estate agents that do not reply to emails. Very friendly and helpful the whole time they want your money but when it comes to refunding and doing their part they are not interested. Still waiting for a holding fee three weeks later and no response to any email sent reagarding this. Having dealt with many estate agents in the past I can honestly say I won’t be recommending Leaders to anyone I know.

Molly Jewell was my assigned agent for a recent viewing and Wow what a breathe of fresh air she was !!! Having had a few negative dealings with other estate agencies it’s so nice to finally meet a firm that know how to be supportive and act professionally. Molly greeted me at the door with a smile (despite us both being soaked from the rain) and was happy to answer all my questions, whilst not making me feel like they were stupid or unimportant; it was clear she’d done her research on the property, which is something any client can appreciate. Even after the viewing she went above and beyond to ensure I had all the relevant information needed to make a decision - what’s more is (unlike other firms) I wasn’t made to feel pressured / rushed in the decision making process. She was both incredibly friendly and patient with me. Molly definitely didn’t make me feel like this was just about “making a sale”. She instead took the time to understand my needs and I genuinely felt like she gave that personal touch of putting herself in my shoes when it came to getting the best out of my new home. I highly recommend Leaders as an estate agent I would use but also Molly Jewell as an individual. My mind would certainly be at ease if I had someone like Molly handling my property.

We have just bought our first family home through Leaders and our experience with them was brilliant. From the first phone call Megan was professional, helpful, and always quick to come back to us with any queries we had. She really went above and beyond, even offering to stay later at the office so we could collect our keys. Thank you also to Rhys who took us back to the property multiple times and even waited at the property in the cold whilst our survey was being done! Our purchase got quite complicated and stressful, but at no point did they hound us or put pressure on us, which has been our experience with other agents in the past. Possibly THE single best experience I've had with a letting agent. I had to move at super short notice and Molly was exceptional. I'm not the easiest of clients (a bit demanding!) and Molly bent over backwards to serve her own client (landlord) but also do everything she could to meet my needs and she did it all with patience, grace and humour. Nothing fell through the cracks, it happened insanely smoothly and quickly - and the rest of the team have been amazing as well. I am truly grateful to Molly and the team for making what was a really tough few weeks, that bit easier.
