Google"Here at Ellis and Co...." You want a story, a review? Here's one for you....!
Long story short - pictures will talk for us. Been sleeping in that bedroom for months, advised Ellis and Co in March, they wouldn’t do anything because they didn’t manage the property. Advised the landlady, couldn’t care less, didn’t even apologise once for the situation and damages on our clothes, shoes etc... she came twice, asked us to clean and went. We gave her a month notice beginning of May as we had enough of being nice and patience with no respect or care back... she now refuse to speak to us and has put Ellis and co as manager of the property which is against our contract and our agreement and Ellis and co are backing her 100% telling us to stay in there at least 3 more months or giving up our deposit!!! They are not even the property managers! You want to deal with those people ...? Really.... see the photos and ask yourself if you want to deal with people who think it’s all good to sleep near that for months ! You want a good Estate agent? Go with Bracketts ! they are brilliant and have only good quality properties. AVOID ELLIS AND CO !!!! that's my advice!!!

FacebookI cannot be more dissapointed with their poor service. They let me and my family down with no place to live just 2 weeks before the move in date.
Apparently the credit score company didn't give me a good rate based on a bad procedure when checking with my landlord. I asked Ellis and Co to call my current landlord again who was happy to help them and solve the issue.
Ellis and Co not only refused to help me, but they didn't even advise me that I had lost the property.
And they refuse to pay the deposit back even if they haven't been of any help.
Don't trust them, they only want your money.

GoogleI currently work with two letting agents and I have to say that Ellis and co are by far the best. Very reasonable and efficient maintenance guys that have managed to resolve all arising issues. Fantastic agents that will continually follow up any problem weather it will be with the Tennant or property management company, always keeping you up to date with minimal hassle on landlords side. Coming up to my third year with them now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else within the Tunbridge and surrounding areas. Superb service
