GoogleWe have been looking for a suitable property to rent in Tonbridge for quite some time. We identified a property advertised by Ellis & Co. The team worked very professionally. We had and have an excellent experience. In particular, we should like to highlight Mr Adam Lim in respect of his excellent communication skills, good understanding of our needs, excellence in identifying properties that might suit our needs, punctuality in all booked appointments, accessibility on the phone, and his quick replies to our e-mails. Once we had chosen the property, Mr Lim helped us through the entire process in a fast and easy way with rapid responses to questions, queries and/or concerns. Besides, his assistance is highly valued in respect of other issues related to the property e.g. alarm installation and painting. We are now more than one and a half months into our tenancy and should also like to commend other staff members at Ellis & Co.. have been renting a house through Ellis & Co in Tonbridge now for 5 and a half years and will now be moving into my own home next month. From the start they have done all they can to accommodate any issues or needs from me including getting plumbers round, providing replacement appliances and generally anything required all being provided very quickly. I have mainly dealt with Caroline and she has been so nice, friendly and helpful. Tom (proprietor) has also always been there in Caroline’s absence to step in and help where needed. As either a landlord or a Tennant I would have no issue in recommending Ellis & Co to anyone, they have the exact right balance between the Tennant and the Landlord and manage any issues very professionally with everyone’s interests to heart (something that cannot be said about all letting agents.. ) My time renting in the Haydens Tonbridge is now done and I would like to say a big thank you to Caroline, Tom and all in the office for the first class service I have received over the last 5 and a half years. In a funny way I am going to miss seeing you... Thanks. Andy..

Rented a property in Tonbridge through them, Adam in particular and Danny made the process a much easier one than myself and my husband have had in the past. One experience in particular with a different letting agents was utterly horrendous and made us ill. So having to move yet again was something we dreaded. We were nervous and stressed through the whole process. We were looked after so well by the team here, they seemed to understand why we were feeling the way we did and offered a great deal of reassurance etc along the way. Lovely guys, utterly bonkers (which we love) and total professionals. Can't be faulted! Thankyou so much :)

FacebookOver the last few years we have worked with Tom and his team at Ellis&Co on all sides of the world of bricks and mortar; as tenants, purchasers, landlords and vendors. At every step of the way the team have proved themselves to be friendly, professional, efficient, honest and supportive. The guidance they have provided to us when there have been baffling difficulties and situations that we have neither the legal understanding nor experience to deal with has been absolutely invaluable. Tom is apparently unflappable and his calm manner and reassurance is exactly what one needs in the stressful situations that arise when dealing with property. We cannot recommend Ellis and Co highly enough, they have surpassed every expectation. Very many thanks to Tom, Dan, Adam, Lynne and all the team.

They helped us before, during & after the home rental process giving us advice about different utility companies & the choices we had.
