Very poor services....I had 2 years contract with this agency ,every time when I complained against mentenance they disn't took any decision or to fix that problems. At the end of tenancy they stop 95% of the deposit. This problem about the deposit was reported by the neighbours because the previous tenant was charged the same!

Great letting agency, highly recommended. Found excellent tenants quickly and managed whole process very professionally. Made it easy to rent out a flat in Tonbridge. Managed the communications from tenants well and arranged for maintenance/repairs to be done efficiently and with good cost control. All staff very helpful and effective, overall a well-managed letting agency.

Problems from start to finish with this Letting agent, had to use them as we were flooded and had to move out during home refurbishment. You would have thought the service level would be high dealing with a stressful situation such as this. However during the 9 months of rental there were nothing but problems. Now we have been out of the property for 6 weeks and they are still not returning our deposit which is a considerable sum and all they say it is because they cannot get in contact with the owner who lives abroad. Do not use this agent they are extremely poor in all aspects of lettings.

I have used Ashton Burkinshaw as a letting agent to manage my property in Paddock Wood. I opted for the Full Management service and that is what I got. I had so little to worry about in the 7 years that they have been working for me because they handled all issues, big and small. They kept me informed, ensured that I made the right decisions, kept my tenants happy and ensured that I had the maximum number of lettings. Their monthly paperwork isn't the simplest to understand but is accurate and timely. I would definitely use them again.

My experience this agency terrible Customer service before we moved we paid deposit and rent when we come out from flat 30 days wait for deposit they dont care about it how long it’s take and wait you never used them again

Girlfriend has just rented of these advertised with fridge freezer dishwasher both items don’t work taps leak lost a load of food over fridge freezer not working week later steal no replacements flat has been false advertised and flat clearly wasn’t checked

My partner and I rented a property through Ashton Burkinshaw, we have been extremely happy with the service provided by them, they found us a great property with a lovely landlord, the whole process of renting the property from the initital application to the final check out was quick and painless due to the high level of service received from the staff, would definitely use them again!
