GoogleHorrible letting agents for tenants. We booked a house and I specifically asked why are the current tenants leaving to which the letting agent said" I don't know, they have served a notice". Later after giving the holding deposit I came to know that they are buying a flat and the exchange is expected. Exchange did not happen on time. We can not wait for that so we pulled out since time was crucial for us. Now, fighting to get the refund of my holding deposit since last week. If the flat is not available now, don't book through them.They don't reply to emails. Very difficult to get them on phone. Literally cheating people of their money. Update: Received the holding deposit back. Thanks.
