I cannot recommend Nick or Folake more highly. Right from the very beginning they were both charming, professional, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I had a couple of hiccups during the letting process, these were not Nick or Folakes fault or responsibility at all, but regardless they sorted these issues out immediately for me. There is no doubt they are the two best letting agents I have ever used and without hesitation I would encourage other landlords to use them too.

Great service. Strongly recommended. I went through renting a flat with Folake adetunji from Ashton Burkinshaw, she did make everything smooth. Good communication, what I like was she was sending updates and next steps through texts which was easy for me to check when I was on my work meeting. I wasn’t able to rent my first view but after few days she called me up and mentioned about another availability which I eventually got. This was very helpful because I was moving from Telford to Tonbridge (202 miles away); busy with packing my stuff in Telford, booking movers, changing addresses, sorting out Utilities and all direct debits, etc. This was my first time renting out and didn’t know the process which Fola explained to me in simple words. Great experience. I was needing to move very quickly and the staff listened to my needs and my requirements and then arranged a few viewings. Both Folake and Max were professional and knowledgeable on the viewings and the moment I put in an offer everything has moved very efficiently and I will be moving not my new property in the next few days. We’ve had the absolute BEST experience with Ashton Burkinshaw, and especially with Faloke. From the very first viewing through to our last day, the whole process has been seamless, professional, and genuinely caring. We’re only moving out because we fell so in love with the neighborhood that we’ve now bought nearby, otherwise we’d happily stay forever. Faloke has been an absolute star: responsive, kind, and always a step ahead in making sure everything went smoothly. Renting a home can sometimes feel stressful, but with her it was the exact opposite, it really felt like we were looked after. We’ll always be grateful for how positive this experience has been, and we can’t recommend Ashton Burkinshaw (and Faloke in particular!) highly enough.

I contacted Ashton Burkinshaw while looking for a flat to rent with my partner following an ad on Zoopla.
