When we started looking for a house, we initially registered with Wards to help us find our new home. Throughout the entire coronavirus pandemic, Wards has continually provided us with properties as they have been listed, have been receptive to our questions, and helped with all the difficulties that come with moving. Natasha specifically has been fantastic with showing us houses and helping us through the negotiation process. Would highly recommend!

We used Wards to sell our bungalow in Ashford Kent. They arranged multiple viewings on a Saturday and the agent turned up late so we had to show the first two people around when she did turn up she seemed disinterested. Our progressor was a lady called Sally who was next to useless we had virtually zero communication and when she did get in touch she had the wrong information and told us how our sale was going even though the solicitors had given us the same information weeks before. We have no idea what she was doing to earn her wage but it was definately not keeping us up to date. The house we bought was through PCM Estate agents and what a world of difference, they were polite, reliable, kept us up to date and were a pleasure to deal with. Wards could do a lot worse then ask them for advice on how to deal with customers.

Purchased our property through Wards and the entire time they were untruthful and pressured us to put in a higher bid to ensure they got the most out of it. We had to use Wards in Snodland, the staff whilst may seem friendly put too much pressure and took advantage of naive first time buyers, we ended up speaking to the sellers directly as Wards had not been communicating messages from them to us. We would never use this company again and I have advised multiple people not to as well.

Moved into a property which is not fit for purpose, leak, faulty shower, washing machine doesn’t work, no fire doors (top floor flat), extractor fan doesn’t work and there is more! Sham of a property, I’ve been unable to stay here and I have two children (age 1 & 7).I was lied to about the leak as I was told it was fixed and it was simply cosmetic works.
