Wards New Romney, Exceptional Service, we could not have been happier.

We recently purchased our property through Wards New Romney, the process like any other purchase was lengthy and challenging. However, Wards New Romney and the team were fully supportive, and helpful in assisting us, and in particular our allocated agent Jake was exceptional. Jake was friendly, helpful and fully onboard with completing our purchase from the get go. He assisted us most days with additional viewings, answering questions contacting our buyer and solicitor when needed and encouraging us at all times, to give us confidence all would be completed as suggested. We could not have asked for more. His relations with the other office staff and our purchase progressor made everything easier and more streamlined. We were also thoroughly pleased with his recommendation to use their recommended/linked solicitors (Martin Tolhurst), this hugely improved the communication and we could not recommend this service enough.Jake could not have done more for us, he was patient, kind, understanding and helpful; he gave us so much time and assistance to get our purchase and sale completed we could not have asked for more. If you want a helpful and supportive experience, with clear communication and excellent customer service you need to choose Wards New Romney!!

Long story short, my partner and I are first time buyers who are looking to buy a property in Snodland & the surrounding areas. We have been dealing with Monika from the start. The initial experience was good albeit this changed quickly. We were due to visit a property today (which we informed Monika that we were very interested in). Initially, I asked Monika to book us in for as many viewings as possible today so that we could have a comparison of similar properties in the area. This did not happen and I appreciate that not all sellers are willing to offer viewings on weekends, but Wards has 15 properties alone in Snodland within our budget range. Are none of them are willing to offer viewings? We also stated that we would be happy to view surrounding areas, so surely a keen and engaging Estate Agent would accommodate and tailor to your requirements, especially if you are in a great position to make offers? I informed Monika that we would prefer to potentially re-schedule our viewing for next week where we can hopefully fit in more viewings with Wards. I got an almost "guilt-tripping" response saying that the owners took time out of their day to prep the property etc. so I agreed to visit the property today at the time we agreed last week. An hour after, I received an email from Monika saying that another and I quote "KEEN BUYER" has been booked into our slot who to Monika's belief had a higher budget than us. The property we were enquiring about is £325k. The other "KEEN BUYERS" had a budget of £350k. Without asking us if we had more gas in the tank, Monika clearly assumed we could not compete with this other party and gave away our slot. This is extremely degrading as we have been saving for years and I informed Monika we would be willing to compete for the right property. Our budget is £500k+ if need be. My partner is extremely disappointed and truthfully so am I. I really hope this review reaches a senior party. This is not a great reflection on the branch and the customer service is highly questionable.

Incredible service from Emily at the Wards Ashford branch. We are relatively new to renting but Emily was massively helpful with getting everything processed and keeping us informed and updated. Liars and Cheats

Liars and Cheats. They claimed they had received funds for a Tenancy Rental of 6 months, and then gave me an indemnity form to sign which invalidated my insurance. They didn't receive the funds and the Tenant did not, and has not paid for 6 months +. Still waiting for a Possession Order & Bailiffs to remove a Tenant which they put in my property. I've lost over £6,000 and counting. They cannot manage property rentals, do not give them your property to manage, use others in Kent. Anyone but Wards!
