A big shout out to Wards

I have previously written a review on Wards Estate Agency in Snodland but just wanted to follow up now we have completed our sales.A special thank you goes out to all the staff at Snodland but especially my main two, Sam and Monika whom I mainly dealt with.A stressful process was still stressful but made so bearable by these two lovely ladies who were professional to the core but so friendly and helpful always.Our Sales Progressor was Debbie Ludgate. Debbie from the off was helpful, professional & knowledgeable but so likeable and friendly. Any queries were explained or looked into and she came back to you asap with the answer. When it came to sorting completion dates, although exhausting trying to all agree, Debbie ploughed on with her usual efficiency & dedication.I would highly recommend Wards of Snodland & Debbie Ludgate to be your Sales Progressor in a heartbeat.

The experience have been a very good one from start to finish; Although, the process wasn't easy, but the staffs involved with our mortgage were excellent. The support given to us was unbelievable and this aid to the successful sales of our property. Georgina Gray and her team, whom is our mortgage broker was very good and highly experience. She worked tiredly to secure our mortgage. She was great throughout the process of our application and simple the best. Kim Batchelor was very supportive, approachable, she constantly re-assured us and update us on the progress of both the sales of our property as well as checking on the progress of our mortgage application. Again, Gary Snedden and all the staffs especially at Gillingham and Rehainam branch thank you very much for your help and support.

Couldn't have asked for more! The help and support Lauren and her team provided was amazing. They answered any question that I had no matter how silly it was and have helped me secure my first home. Every time I called everyone wanted to help and calling me back even after hours which suited my working pattern perfectly. I would like to take this opportunty to personally thank Lauren Kelly and her team from the Snodland branch. Lauren in particular dealt with all queries in a timely manner and proved to be an effective communicator. Since Lauren's arrival at the branch and her dealings with this house purchase was I left in any doubt of what was required of me or the process. I felt at ease and was given every confidence that my purchase was in good hands and as a first time buyer this was incredibly reassuring. Great service from Snodland branch Very positive experience with the team at Wards in Snodland. Samantha Turner has been brilliant. Sam is wonderfully patient and has really taken the time to understand what I am looking for in a new home. Whenever I have phoned or visited the branch the team have been warm, friendly and professional. Viewings have been quickly arranged and all the properties were viable options - no time-wasting viewings. Sam's follow-up has been great - always professional, clear and positive. We all know its nerve-wracking buying your first home, but working with Sam has certainly eased the stress for me!

Recently I purchased a home through Wards in Tonbridge. Honi was my main contact but occasionally I worked with Kai and other members of the team, who were all on the ball.
