Cannot believe the time effort she put in to sending us properties and also showing us round multiple. Very responsive (even out of hours) and cannot reccomend her highly enough if you’re looking for a home or selling! Will 100% be keeping her details for in the future. GoogleA great experience with Wards, i had my house up for sale with a different estate agent for months & due to them being unrealistic i did not sell the property, James at Wards came round & was very honest, realistic & transparent, he booked a viewing a few days later & my house sold with the first viewing!!! From there on Jane at Wards kept me fully updated, dealt with everything in a very professional manner & helped make the process of selling my house a lot easier, my only regret is that I didn’t go to Wards in the beginning to save myself a lot of time , I would definitely recommend Wards if you are looking to sell your house with less stress & a very friendly service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I would not recommend. They carried out tenant check out and missed a lot of damages by the tenant which cost me more after tenant has left. I receive communication from different staff which is confusing. I sent a complaint, till date, it has not been resolved.

I’ll try my best to make this as brief as possible, however the journey we have been through feels like a never ending nightmare.
