FacebookMy experience with diamond estate agents is a fantastic one. I rented a house through them also when they were watts and sons. Got nothing but praise to the lovely people and company. Lin I must add is a lovely caring lady who goes out of her way to make sure you are happy and settled. Not only did she provide us with flowers and a card when we moved into the property she also very kindly gave us a present when our daughter was born. Mark has took on the business an really done an amazing job he himself is very much approachable and will help anyone even if it doesn’t involve there rentals he there for advice therefore he really shows us he a people person with their best interest at heart. Also while lockdown has been a tough year diamonds estate agents several times have gone out of there way to put a smile on people’s faces and bring a little positivity. There no other estate agents I would rather go with and highly recommend.

GoogleIf you feel that service is more important than the size, scale and fees at an estate agency then choose Diamond. They're small but powerful - and even their fees have to be among the most competitive around. Mark and the team are a first-class choice.

FacebookThe lettings team at Diamond Estate Agents are all lovely, and were so helpful in finding me and my cat somewhere to live. They took the time to contact me when suitable places came on the market. Most other letting agents in mid Devon seemed uninterested as soon as they heard I had a pet.
