GoogleDiamond have gone above and beyond, both when I moved into my rented property and have always been amazing if I've had any issues with the property. The girls in letting are fantastic, always friendly and smiley

GoogleDiamond Estate Agency cannot thank them enough for everything they have done to help us with all property matters over the last few years. When I have a query they are always on hand to assist. I feel like I am talking to a friend rather than an estate/letting agency. Thank you for a 5 star service

GoogleFrom start to finish these guys were brilliant. We moved estate agents to them and only wish we’d gone with them from the start (the developers originally pushed us to use someone else). Professional and friendly, nothing was too much and the video of the property really helped. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone wishing to sell.

GoogleI was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by the team at Diamond estate agents From the moment I first contacted them, they were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. They listened to my needs and were able to find me the perfect property in no time at all. Their expertise and knowledge of the local area were second to none, and they made the entire process of buying a home stress-free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Diamond estate agents to anyone looking for a top-notch estate agent

GoogleUnprofessional and rude approach by customer service

Mr Piotrowicz, I am sorry you feel this way. However, during your single call to our office you verbally abused poor Jane, demanding compensation for scrap items you had dumped in your neighbours' garden. The neighbour arranged for the dumped items to be cleared prior to the completion of the sale of the property. As you were advised, this is a matter to be resolved between yourself and your neighbour. We hope you are able to reach a resolution.

GoogleDiamond as a team have been so so helpful for me and my family. The team as a whole are so friendly, they make sure the lead up to your move & when you are settled feel so easy and they are always on the phone to answer many questions. (I had lots lol). I rent, if anything needs fixing or goes wrong they are so quick to get someone sent out. I highly recommend diamond

GoogleLynn and the team at watts & sons have been fantastic with the purchase of my mother's new house. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Visits to the house for measuring, contacting solicitors to chase up information, very professional and friendly service. Thank you so much.

GoogleThank you Abbie, your help and the service you provided to Carol and myself to enable us to find the Bungalow we were looking for was first class, Norman.

GoogleMark, his team and Alice are fantastic! We went through diamond estate agent for rental and had nothing but great service, always prompt on inspections, helpful and easy to talk to. I've felt the need to leave my review after poor experience with another estate agent, looking at how they run and work from a landlords perspective... Diamond on the other hand handles both sides well, I would be more than happy to buy a property through them or even have a property managed by mark and his team if ever the case. I would like to say thank you diamond estate, for the experience we recieved and if we ever need to come through your agency again, I would without a shadow of a doubt! Nathan & Lucy

GoogleMy family and I have recently begun renting a property through Diamond Estate Agents, the first time we’ve used a letting agent, and I can honestly say they are great. From the whole “vetting” process to the aftercare has been so easy. Super communication, very efficient and extremely organised. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for all your letting and sales requirements. First class! Keep up the excellent work! :)
