Diamond Estate Agents are consummate professionals. Committed, engaged, reactive and all with the human touch. I could not have been more impressed. I have just bought my home through them, and they kept my house purchase bowling along, with their swift interactions with solicitors and timely updates. Just 8 weeks from offer to completion! Thanks to all you guys, especially to Jane, for navigating me seemlessly through the process. A job very well done and one very happy buyer!

Diamond sold my property for me and from first meeting Nick I was immediately struck by their professionalism and local knowledge but most of all their empathy and understanding. The road to final sale was quite a long, bumpy one due to the pandemic but I never lost belief that Mark and his team were a 'safe pair of hands'. They are a local, family business and all the team have a customer focus, be it vendor or buyer, and manage to navigate the two with a very human face. The efficiency of Lyn, kindness of Jayne and overall support of Mark, Charlotte and Nick couldn't take out the stress from the proceedings, but certainly alleviated it - right down to the recommendation of a good children's book to help my 3 and 5 year old understand what was happening. Topsy and Tim Move House has been read many times. I currently can't ever imagine wanting to move house again but when I do, it will be Diamond I call.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I received nothing but a truly professional service from the Outset. The team really did their brand name credit as everything from communications, tenant referencing, viewing, updates, to the moving in day and thereafter helping with other post move issues was nothing short of Diamond.

I have dealt with Diamond for a few years now and have always found them to be polite and courteous. Property inspections are carried out at regular intervals and tenants report that they are given adequate notice when these are undertaken. New tenants are vetted to a high standard to ensure suitability for the tenancy. Giving them a five star rating is not enough it should more !!!

Diamond Estate Agents were really helpful in our search for a new home. Abbie, in particular, went to great efforts to understand what we were looking for and went to great lengths to help us find the home we now live in. Jane kept us informed of the progress of our purchase and helped iron out any of the problems we had. Many thanks to you both.

Diamond Estate Agents have been extremely helpful in the whole process when buying our house, we have been so grateful the sellers selected them. We had been looking for a while in a busy market, and some other estate agents were slow to reply to enquiries or viewing requests, and even offers we made, but Diamond was a complete breath of fresh air. Friendly and efficient from the start, and very helpful in guiding us and chasing our solicitor when that was needed, thank you all so much!

Absolutely fantastic estate agents, helped us with our sale and purchase, went above and beyond to get everything completed in a tight time frame (after we had to pull out of our first purchase due to probate). Highly recommended, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them in the future. Thanks guys. What a team 👌🏻 Jason & Secil

Diamond Estate Agents in Tiverton are without question of a doubt the best agent in Devon. Mark Farrell the Managing Director has an abundance of knowledge and goes above and beyond for all his clients. Moving home is quite possibly one of the most stressful things we do in life but the Diamond team take so much of that stress away. They are on point with communicating the progression of the sale, nothing is never to much of an ask, they always come back with an answer to any questions and if they cant give an answer immediately they keep in touch until they do. Dealing with Diamond are a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended by myself and my husband - there is no need to look elsewhere, here you get the full package. Thank you again Mark and your amazing team!

Above and beyond. If Jane hadn’t worked so hard I wouldn’t have been able to move straight into the house, but would have had all the expense of storage and double moving fees. Absolute star.

Diamond have been managing a rental for us for a number of years and I would highly recommend them. They keep us well informed via email of any issues, and when repairs are required the pricing is always reasonable and work done swiftly. You never feel that you are being over charged by the trades they get in.
