Excellent bespoke, professional and friendly service which made the whole process so much easier. Jack secured a second sale very quickly after the first sale fell through, which enabled us to continue with our onward purchase. The marketing materials were first class and sympathetically portrayed our home and gardens beautifully. Personal touches make such a difference of not being just another sale, and I even had some lovely flowers delivered to welcome us to our new home, which incidentally we did not purchase through Abshot, but a very thoughtful gesture that made my day.

We decided to go with Abshot Estates after receiving poor service from another local agency. Jack could not have been more professional and open with us, giving really useful advise on marketing our house and then seeing it through all the bumps along the way to completion. He offers a personal service and I would really recommend him for anyone thinking of moving and we would certainly use him again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

As far as Estate Agents go you can’t get better than Abshot. A personal and professional team always on hand to answer questions and support the process to eliminate as much stress as possible. The team went above and beyond during our process of selling our property which we can’t thank them enough for. Thank-you!

We sold our property and bought the new house via Abshot Estates. The team of Abshot Estates were absolutely brilliant from day one till completion. It was easy to communicate and deal with them without any delay at time of the day. It was always straight forward/clear communication. If we need estate agent again it will definitely be Abshot Estates for us...

A fantastic independent estate agents, who are not only very professional, but also add the very important personal touch that is often missing from the multiple agencies. The Abshot team keep in touch and advise their clients through every step of the process, and help to achieve successful completions in the shortest time possible. I would recommend them most highly *****

Could not have asked for any more . From day one at the viewing to the completion , the most friendly, helpful and professional estate agents we have ever dealt with . We dealt mainly with Amy who was always in constant communication and never failed to reply or chase up enquiries. Would 100% use and recommend Abshot Estates in the future. A massive thankyou to the Abshot team.

We're very happy to recommend all the team at Abshot, who helped us through the ups and downs of moving house. They're very professional, but friendly and approachable too. And of course, Jack's "ear to the ground" helped us find our onward purchase. Abshot Estates are local experts, and if we ever move again, we'd choose them.

Jack Jowett has helped me buy a house and sell a house. His attention to detail is fantastic. He looks after you through the whole process and takes away a lot of the usual house moving stress. His local knowledge and fair approach are clearly evident in his appraisal of selling and buying prices. I would highly recommend him and his team if you are looking for a reliable and professional service.
