He recently sold my Grade II listed apartment and handled the sale extremely well.
A combination of the apartment being leasehold and Grade II listed made the whole transaction much more difficult than a standard house sale.
Jack managed to keep the sale together despite the buyers commissioning a dreaded ‘Homebuyers’ survey.
Being Grade II listed the survey unsurprisingly reported a long list of potential problems. Jack was able to go through the survey with the buyer and put their minds at rest.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack @ Abshot Estates to any of my friends.

Dear Mr Cyriac, thank you for taking the time to write a review. I understand from speaking to my coleuage Rebekah that you did not want to leave your contact details with us, so I can only reply to you on here. When we spoke approximately 14 days ago regarding the house we listed in Oaklands Way, I did tell you that we were holding an open day and that I would call you back to confirm a time that you could view. Regrettably, I took your number down incorrectly so could not reach you, but had hoped you might call me again. Subsequently the property sold last weekend for well in excess of the asking price, after we received four offers out of the ten viewings that we carried out. I had genuinely hoped you would have called me back sooner but assumed you must have no longer been interested. Hence my surprise to hear back from you two days ago. We are a new company, owned and ran by just myself and a small team. It's been a turbulent start for us and we won't always get things right. I appreciate your comments but feel they could rather damaging to a small family business rather than constructive. Especially in the current climate when we are all meant to be shopping local and supporting independent companies.
I'd welcome the opportunity to put right your negative experience with us, if you'd like to give us another chance in the future.
