We decided to sell last july and had Jack from Abshot Estates come and value our house. Compared to others we had round he was enthusiatic about the property and focused on the positives rather than any negatives likes other agents seemed to get hung up on. We could tell this would rub off on potential buyers and he seemed to have ideas for promoting it that other agents hadnt considered or suggested. Unsurprisingly we sold in 4 days for well over asking. From that point on he has been attentive and professional. Things like setting up a whstsapp group so we could contact him whenever we liked add to the personal experience. We completed this week and it has been pretty much stress free.
