Quite simply the best experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent and I thoroughly recommend them. The team at Sansome & George and Neville Turner were first class from start to finish. So knowledgeable, professional and great to deal with. Paul the owner was brilliant and very hands on. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the marvellous Anthony. They sold my house within a day of it going on the market. Fees were very reasonable too. And post sale a special thanks to the wonderful Barbara who did such a great job in coordinating all the parties to bring the process to completion with all her energy and charm. Well done team and thank you!

Sansome and George have provided an absolutely fantastic, professional service for us as we sold our house. The entire team are wonderful and delivered exactly what they said they would! We were kept informed at every stage of the process and every query, question, and concern that we had was quickly addressed and we were reassured by Barbara’s calm demeanour, experience and crystal clear explanations about every aspect of the sale. Having had a previous sale fall through with a different estate agent we were anxious that the same thing would happen again but Barbara made sure that everyone in our chain was kept well informed and had up to date, accurate, information. Barbara is worth her weight in gold and I don’t know how we would have coped with the stress, uncertainty and anxiety without her efficiency, patience and reassurances throughout. If you want an experienced, professional team who genuinely care about you and your sale or purchase, use Sansome and George!

Best estate agents in reading! Becky and the incredible team at S&G have made us feel so cared for as tenants. They supported us in finding and moving into a home. Always so helpful when any maintenance issues arrived. Thankyou for a smooth and easy renting experience. We will be back when it's time to buy!

Superb job of getting our house sold in the timeframe we were looking for. I cannot thank Courtney enough for negotiating the sale initially & Barbara enough (a real asset to S and G) for pushing people along, to make it happen.

Amazing staff and very experienced. We are first time buyers and we were dreading this task but the S&G team lead by Barbara were super amazing and made it seamless experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone especially having dealt with other estate agents in the Reading area (without naming). Many thanks S&G team and we are in a happy place :)

From the viewing to exchange, an excellent service. Becky was supportive and handled my offer with professionalism and expertise in such a tough market for buyers. Barbara was superb when it came to the sales progression - communicating every step of the way, putting my mind at rest during a very stressful time. I would absolutely recommend Sansome & George to both vendors and purchases - you would be in safe hands.

I have rented & lived in a lovely Victorian property in Reading through S & G for the last 5 years and I can’t recommend them enough in terms of as a tenant. Everything we ever asked for was done with no hassle and service with a smile. I would highly recommend Paul, Georgee, Nicole & most recently Leah who have been personable and helpful throughout my tenancy. I rented through another agency before moving over with S & G and the experience I had with that agency was night and day with this one. Keep up the good work S & G and sorry to be leaving you!PositiveProfessionalism

As a first-time home buyer, and recently returned to the UK after many years abroad, I knew nothing. Sales Progressor (Barbara Legg) kept me informed, reliably followed up where required, kept me focused and kindly shared her personal experience when I needed it. Becky Weller went out of her way to help as well. Without hesitation I would recommend Sansome & George (and Neville Turner). Thank you!

Sansome and George were recommended to us by a neighbour and I couldn't have been more pleased that I chose to sell my flat with them. Firstly they did not hassle me to choose them and were very professional. As my flat went on the market, they were in constant contact with me updating me on viewings and feedback. This communication continued through the sale and I was never left out of the loop. I would highly recommend Sansome and George to anyone looking to sell their property. Outstanding service.

Fabulous service from the team at Sansome & George to sell my Reading property in October 2024. It is so re-assuring to have such dedicated and switched-on people handling your sale, and most importantly not letting anything fall through the cracks. Even when my initial buyer fell through (no fault of S&G, the buyer's position changed), they rushed around and organised a new set of viewings incredibly quickly and within a couple of weeks the property had sold for a second time. if I had any questions I knew an answer was just a phone call away. I also knew S&G were dealing with my solicitor, the buyer's solicitor, the surveryor, and indeed anything else that came up, so nothing was allowed to come out of the blue and knock things off track. It was such fantastic service that I don't think I could go anywhere else in future - S&G will certainly be my first call for any future property purchase or sale.

I am very pleased that I chose Sansome & George to sell my flat. From start to finish they have been excellent. I felt that they had the best knowledge of the market by a long way which is why I chose them in the first place and they also offered the most reasonable commission package. Staff at S&G kept me up-to-date with viewings and offers throughout the process and they also stepped in to speed up communication between solicitors. All I can say is a big thank you to the whole team !

Myself & my partner bought our first house together through Sansome George. I would highly recommended them, the viewing was exceptionally undertaken by Lewis Kapp, great spiel and professional manner. Once our offer was accepted we dealt with Helyn, which was very smooth, until we completed the purchase. We'd look to use Sansome George in the future when the time comes to sell-up. I'd recommend them to purchasers and seller alike. Best, Christian & Sophie
