Superb service from everyone at Sansome & George whilst selling my late mothers property. Trying to sell a property whilst still grieving is not easy. First contact was with Paul the MD and he was extremely understanding and patient with me as were all the staff. Thanks to Courtney , Ben and Lewis who kept me informed of every viewing and outcome of the viewing. A big thanks go to Barbara who dealt with everything once an offer had been accepted. She has kept us informed all the way and has steered me in the right direction and has been a huge help. Thank you Barbara. With reference to a review left by Neville Gracias, I would like to say that I was in communication with Barbara regularly on the sale which Mr Gracias' partner was buying. All I can say is that Barbara is one of 'the' most professional people I have dealt with in my whole career and she had always been upfront and clear about timescales from the beginning. Unfortunately, the buyer did not take the timescales set seriously and then was disappointed when the Vendor withdrew. None of the points made about Barbara are true, apart from the fact that she was so clever and found out the surveyor chosen by the buyer was not even qualified nor on the RICs panel. Sometimes it pays to spend a bit more when buying a property to ensure everything is checked properly! I would always recommend Barbara to anyone when it comes to sales progression.

Sansome and George/Neville Turner are poles apart from any other Estate agents. They really do stand out from the crowd in every way possible. Their staff are not only helpful, they are articulate, knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond and do it genuinely. They want to avoid bidding wars too and this for us was a breath of fresh air. They understand that they are dealing with real people with real lives and it isn't just a property game. Their sales negotiator Barabara Legg is second to none! She helped us immensely even at the bottom end of the chain where her involvement should have stopped. We found our first house that we purchased together through Sansome & George and our initial viewing was arranged with Becky who was a pleasure to meet and could not do enough to answer our questions and make us feel comfortable throughout the viewing and negotiation process. We made an offer and Becky kept us always informed up until we reached an agreement with the vendor. At this point, Becky passed the selling and buying process over to Barbara. Having considered ourselves lucky to have dealt with Becky, we quickly realized that Barbara was equally supportive and friendly, as well as totally in control of every minor detail and keeping everyone on track. At times, it seemed that Barbara was working for us just as much as she was for the vendor, chasing up solicitors and answering every little question we threw at her. We always knew that Barbara would be on hand for speedy answers and accurate advice, along with a wicked sense of humour. We did not have a property to sell so we hoped that the buying process would be quick and easy but these matters are always complicated with so many people involved. From the initial valuation and preparation of the sale literature etc by Charlie, to arranging viewings through the team, agreeing a sale with the buyer and Barbara progressing the sale after we accepted an offer, we were impressed with the regular communication and professional but friendly attitude throughout. We were also pleased with the deal put forward on fees which tied in the services of Ferriday and Alder removals who moved us 200 miles to our new home. Sansome and George were very professional and efficient. They took time with us and helped with many a query. The staff in office (Barbara) was exceptional when it came to chasing sellers and solicitors . Paul, Lewis and Charlie were always a phone call away and if not in ; always called back. They also explained each stage of the selling and made suggestions about how to sell the house when it had been on for a while , however, you never felt forced into any decisions and they respected what you wanted first and foremost . Hopefully we will never be moving again but if we did it would definitely be with these guys.

I would unequivocally recommend the team at Sansome & George and Neville Turner if you are looking to sell your property. Charlie's enthusiasm and positive attitude towards selling our property made all the difference when it came to selecting an agent. His knowledge of the market, the area and what buyers are looking for is impressive. True to his word he, along with his office team in Tilehurst, booked out 10 good viewings, and we had 7 offers on the table to consider within 2 days! Not what we were expecting.... Then as it came to progressing and closing the sale, Barbara Legg at Neville Turner was on every piece of communication, chasing solicitors, liaising and educating our (first time) buyers and all the while maintaining such composure and professionalism throughout the process even though it was a little tense at times.
