I was selling my house in Grays, with other agencies( don't want to mention) for a year and they couldn't deal with it, always was lying about the buyer, that she's stuck somewhere. So after 10 months I found it out that she cannot sell her flat because of the lease hold. So during all that period and all together I have lost about £15 000, and a lot of headache, sleepless nights etc. And finally my friends bought their first house with Bairstow Eves in Grays, and recommended to me. So I called Bairstow Eves, we arrange the meeting with Scott Nelson. He was straight forward, and what he said everything happened. Never lied if there was a problem, he's told me there is a problem. Wasn't easy because of the Covid19 all of us we know, how busy are the Solicitors, Agencies. And one day Garry Wilson, took over my case. Wow... He says 'I won't let them sit down and do nothing '. He was right!!! guys believe me everyday he was pushing same as my Solicitors same as buyer's Solicitors and just because of Garry, we got there. Wasn't easy, but Garry makes everything easy as walk the dog in a park. And on top of that sold £10000 more than previous agency. Lakeeba helped me always if I had any questions or doubts. The awards and accolades that sits around her office does not do her any justice, she deserves a public recognition for her amazing work she does to secure you the best mortgage deals. I have had 3 brokers in the past and they were all not in her league - AT ALL!. Her warmth, her compassion, her personality, her loyatly and fierceness is what everyone DESERVES from a broker. We recently sold our house through Bairstow Eves and we were completely pleased and satisfied with the whole experience. From start to finish, which took quite a long time due to some set backs with potential buyers everyone we dealt with was professional, communicative and gave a first class service. We had excellent service from start to the end, Paul Hull gave us excellent personal service from day one, from helping us to find our perfect home to complications in the chain to holding it all together on completion day. Lewis gave us a superb service advising us of the best deal and best mortgage offer for us. I would defiantly recommend using bairstow eves if you are selling or buying a house.
